Supporting families and young people facing complex mental health challenges

We understand the weight families carry when a young person is struggling with complex mental health needs and/or psychosocial disability. Navigating the mental health system can be overwhelming, confusing, and isolating, especially when you’re doing it alone.

We are here to change that!

Who we are

Resilience In Reach is a peer-led, lived-experience initiative designed to address the gaps in resources and support for young people and their families navigating youth mental health struggles.

We want to help families feel supported so they can move forward with confidence.

Our Mission: Bridging the gap in complex youth mental health support

We’re here to bridge the gap between crisis and confidence. To support the journey between clinical care and everyday life.

Our goal is to provide practical tools, useful resources, community connection, and trusted guidance to families navigating complex mental health struggles and the associated challenges.

We believe that every family deserves access to the right help – when and where they need it most.
